Workout Wednesday

Steff and I made it to the gym today! Go us! We had a great workout and pushed each other on our reps. Here’s hoping we can make it tomorrow too!

20 minutes on the elliptical to start
Single leg donkey kick machine (3 sets of 10 on each side) superset with squat machine (3 sets of 15 with heavy weight)
Leg extensions superset with calf raises (3 sets of 12)
Curtsy squats superset with wall sits into squat pulses (3 sets of 15)
stretch it out and feel the burn!

Also, on a side note, my child didn’t scream for longer than 10 minutes when it came time for naps today.  Praise the Lord, this sleep training is working!
