And it’s Wednesday already! Didn’t catch Meal Planning Monday? Oh yes, it’s because I didn’t post it yet.. oops.. Still working on getting better about posting regularly. And I did meal plan btw, just didn’t post anything yet. Ok on to workouts.
Monday, I had a pretty clingy child so working out didn’t happen..
Tuesday, I did the 21 day fix 10 minute abs with my brother’s girlfriend as well as some yoga before Rhett wanted to be held.
Wednesday, guess who made it to the gym? This girl! I warmed up with 15 minutes of cardio on the elliptical arc trainer and then did some lat pulls, triceps, and legs.
15 minutes cardio
Superset lat pull downs & tricep pushdowns on cables (3 sets of 10-12)
Superset leg press & leg extension machines (3 sets of 10)
Superset barbell close grip upright rows with squats with barbell on shoulders (3 sets of 12- you can do it!)
Finish with butt bridges and stretching
My routine was a little off this week, but I should be able to hit the gym tomorrow and Friday to make up for it.
Also, on an unrelated note, I’m sure you have heard about the Nordstrom sale by now. It is all over bloggyland with everyone’s picks for Fall (my favorite season!! can’t wait).
